Business Paper

When a business is opened throughout the world all the owner wants is to make sure they are giving the customer what they want In doing research about opening a business a person would need to have a mission, and vision statement that they would want their customer's and employee's to know what they are willing to do for them. A owner must first define what type of products or services they were going to offer the customer's, and to make sure they are differentiating the product or service the business will have. These things will be important parts to opening a business especially to make sure that the businesses strategic direction is going the right way. Although all organizations are not the same in the way they will be doing things.
Developing a vision statement is something that is very important to any business because customer's want to know that the business they are buying their products, or service from share the vision that the customer's have for the products that they want. The vision statement should be where the owner puts themselves in the customer's shoes to find out what they are wanting out of the products, or services that the business has. There can be so many ways to make sure that the customer's are happy with the commitment from the business. They can rely on the business to make sure they are getting what they are looking for. The first priority of the business is the customer's because they are what makes the business grow. Everyone knows that in order to succeed in life they have to make sure they keep their vision in their minds so they do not lose sight of what they are working toward through this endeavor.
Consumer's are after products that make life a little easier. Everyone knows that all businesses need to make sure to guide principles, or values, topics of culture, responsibility, and ethics also play a huge role in the way a business is started and what the owner would want the employee's to keep these things in mind because they are very important in developing a good strategic plan for the business. There will be somethings that a business does not want their employee's talking about to the customer's, and there will be things that the customer's do not want to hear because they do not come into a place of business to hear a great deal of noise especially first thing in the morning when they are on their way to work or on a break from something. A coffee shop and gift store would be a wonderful business to start up because consumer's are always on the go when they go into a business they usually end up buying or getting some type of service. So while they are drinking coffee they can walk around and look at different things like bird houses, knick knacks, or other toys the business offer to their customer's.
The importance of the vision statement is the biggest thing that needs to be worked on throughout the business because as a owner of a business they have to be ready for anything that comes in the way. They should never forget why they are opening the business because it has what the consumer's want to be able to have coffee, and maybe even buy something from the gift shop. An owner of this coffee and gift shop would need to make sure they are following the vision throughout the future of the business to make sure they are ready for the future business they will be receiving. A vision statement is where the owner will see what kind of business they will be getting later on down the line with the products or services they offer. Offering different products and services allows more customer's to come into the store and eventually will buy something that they have found. Customer's like to see businesses that stand behind their mission and vision statements because that shows that the business does care about their customer's.
In conclusion, there are somethings that are very important to opening a business especially if the business is going to offer several different products, or services to their customer's. Occasionally there will be a business that makes it without having a mission or vision statement to work by but they eventually will not make it through because they should think like the customer's. All company's need to have some long term and short term goals along with the mission and vision statement. Any type of organization or business needs to show the consumer's what they can offer to them, and at what price they would be able to offer the product and service. All of these things are very important to the success of the business so the owner needs to be aware of the things around them.

"If you notice alot of the items in this country are made out of the country. We are hard pressed anymore to find items made here. AND if you want to talk to a person who does speak english, good luck with that!!!! Most calls are directed to Turkey, Iran, or heaven only knows where. (Believe me, I have tried to be nice to them but it is hard) If items we want are made in these great united states, there aren't enough of them. I have spent two weeks looking for one item for a special Christmas present only to be told that "it might be in" before Christmas. "
